The Venetian Resort: the easy choice

Staying at the Venetian or Palazzo means you can walk from your room to Sphere without crossing a street. It also puts the best pre-show restaurants, cocktail bars and TAO Nightclub in the same building. The trade-off is price on big concert weekends. Book early for Metallica, Eagles and F1 weekend dates.

Our take

If you're seeing a Friday and Saturday double, the Venetian pays for itself in saved rideshares and saved time.

Wynn and Encore: the luxury pick

Wynn and Encore sit across Sands Avenue, about a 15-minute walk via pedestrian bridge. You get one of the Strip's best luxury stays, plus XS nightclub, which reopens on November 5, 2026, downstairs.

Harrah's, the LINQ and Treasure Island: value on the Strip

These are cheaper, central and still walkable, about 15 to 20 minutes using back routes or through the Venetian. They're good if you'd rather put the money into better seats or a table after the show.

No resort fee: off-Strip options

The Holiday Inn Club Vacations at Desert Club Resort is about five minutes away and has no resort fee. The Best Western Plus Casino Royale often has none either. Both make sense for a quick show trip where you mostly need a bed.
